WHAT HAPPENS IF TEAMS PROVIDE THEIR OWN JERSEYS?
There is currently a jersey program. This is to reduce yearly Association costs. These jerseys are issued at the beginning of the season and returned to your coach at the end of the season (last game played). There is no refund of the cost of jerseys as the price is divided by the expected years of use. The yearly cost drastically reduce through the program and the fee for the year is minimal. If the team wishes to design and order their own jerseys there will be no refund applied. This does not apply to 17 Under, Junior or Adult Age Divisions. Jerseys are not included with the team registration for these age groups, these teams are expected to supply their own jerseys.
Can equipment be rented?
There are some items of equipment available to rent have some small sized skates (sizes Youth 10 to size 4) which can be leased for the inline season. Arrangements are made with the Equipment Director. The deposit will be determined on the total equipment being rented and must be paid in advance of the season. At the end of the season, a refund will be issued on $x per equipment item deposit less the $x per item rental fee.

Who can play?
Currently we have Programs available for U14, U12, U10, and U8 for both boys and girls (young men and young ladies). Players should be proficient skaters and stick handlers and will be evaluated individually as part of the team evaluation. Roller hockey is a competitive game where skating skills and puck handling ability need to be at least average to keep involved in the play.
Are there any kind of lessons for my son\daughter to learn how to skate properly on inline skates?
Our program is not a learn to skate program. We do not have a program to teach skating or puck skills. Time during the practices at the beginning of the season is dedicated to working skating skills as well as puck handling skills. The programs goal is to enhance existing skills sets.
DO WE HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS PROGRAM?
We do not currently have a program for children with special needs.
We have 2 children close in age we would like them to be on the same team. Is this possible?
We try to keep siblings and friends together on the same team if they request this. If players fall into different age categories, we do not allow players to play down an age group but we do allow younger players to move up a division to play with their friend or sibling. The players ability to play up and age category is a factor.
When does each age group play their games?
Monday and Wednesday are game nights for 8U and 12U. 6U will play on Wednesday evenings.
Tuesday and Thursday are game nights for 10U and 14 U age groups. 17U, Junior and Adults can play from Monday to Thursday.
The dates for the age groups 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U are set. The older age groups may end up playing any day of the week. The only time this changes is if a team is too skilled and has to move up to an older age group to get competition (i.e. 8U moves up to 10U). Sometimes a team must move down to a younger age division to get competitive games. This may also change in an unbalanced schedule where a team may play 3 games one week and 1 the next, Fridays and Sundays could be used.
